STEP 1: pull the overshoe on and up over the calf; STEP 2: put your shoe on. STEP 3: pull the overshoe back down over the shoe. WHICH SIZE?: This product is designed to be used with road cycling shoes, which tend to be narrow. If your shoes are wider than average, then buy one size larger.
