For example, one of our co-designers is a chiropodist who helps us to meet the physiological needs of people's feet and to make sure they are comfortable and safe during treks. MANUFACTURING: The 500 bivouac sandals are made in the European Union, in Portugal. Most materials are of European origin. Eco-design: These sandals have been specially designed to minimize our impact. Also, the sole, upper and buckle have been made from recycled materials.
